Pet Policy

We are excited to welcome you and your most loved pets. To ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests, please be informed of the following terms.

 

Upon Reservation

  • The guest must confirm the number of pets upon booking. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed per room.

  • A pet fee of 1,000php a night per pet is required.


Upon Check-in

  • A refundable pet security deposit of 2,000php per room is required upon check-in, to be paid in cash. The rooms will be inspected upon check-out, and the security deposit will cover any damages incurred which may include but not limited to: stained bedding, stained linen, scratches on the furniture, scratches on the floor, infestation, extra cleaning that may be required.

  • The security deposit will be returned to the guest after the receipt of clearance that no damages were found and no other extra cleaning efforts will be required.

  • All pet vaccinations including anti-rabies must be updated and valid. The vaccination certificate/card of each pet must be presented prior to or upon check-in. All pets must be clean and completely free of ticks and fleas.


During Your Stay

  • Pets must be kept on a leash while in authorized areas of the hotel. Pets are only allowed in the room, pool area (not allowed to swim), garden areas, and parking areas. Pets are not allowed in areas where food is served or consumed.

  • Pets left unattended in the guest room when the guest leaves the hotel premises must be secured in a proper pet crate or carrier.

  • The pet owner is responsible for cleaning up after the pet on hotel grounds and must properly dispose of the waste in the designated trash bins using a pet waste bag. Hotel supplies may not be used for pets (ex. hotel towel).

  • Pet owners will be required to take necessary actions in order to avoid disrupting other guests inside the hotel.

  • The hotel and its employees shall not be liable for any loss or illness of any pet for any reason, unless caused by intentional misconduct or negligence.

  • The registered guest accepts full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet(s). The guest agrees to make any reimbursement for such damages on demand.


Check-out Procedure

  • Upon check-out, the room/s will be inspected and the security deposit will cover for any damages incurred by the pet during their stay.

  • The security deposit will be returned upon clearance that no damage was found, and no extra cleaning efforts are needed.


The registered guest shall strictly comply with the Pet Policy and other rules and regulations which may be issued by hotel management. In the event that the guest is unable to comply with the provisions stated on the Pet Policy and Agreement, Siama Hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement and ask the guest to leave the hotel.

Siama Hotel reserves the right to modify, cancel, or add to these pet policies and rules without prior notice.
